The registration fee is "all inclusive" unless otherwise stated: $140 per person (16 years and older); $100 per person (age: 6 to 15); $50 per person (age: 3 to 5) and $0 for Infant/Toddlers (age: 0 to 2)…see registration form for complete details. You may notice a slight increase in registration. This is due to price increase in goods, services, and less family fundraisers. Therefore, in order to meet the 5-star expectation you have grown accustomed to receiving from previous reunions, there is a very nominal increase. All monies are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The reunion fee covers event meals, paraphernalia gift packet, Gaines Be Out Day, and Gaines Boots on the Ground…see schedule of events for details
The deadline for reunion fees is October 15, 2025. All checks/money orders should be made payable to Gaines Family Reunion. You can pay via PayPal using Debit/Credit Card. We are requesting payments months prior to the event to ensure that we can meet all financial obligations, relevant to the reunion, in a timely manner.
